QBQ! for Schools
There could be no better message to provide students than personal accountability and no better goal than to help them take ownership for their results in school—and I Own It does both!
Dr. Rod Blunck, Superintendent, 27J, Brighton, Colorado
Have you ever seen a student blame others, point fingers, procrastinate, not take responsibility for his or her results? If so, then I Own It! is a tool for you and your students!
Are you a middle or high school teacher or administrator who loves the QBQ! message of personal accountability and would like to share it with students? Teachers have been asking for a way to share QBQ! and its personal accountability message with their students—and here it is!
I Own It! Building Character Through Personal Accountability is a 10-lesson curriculum designed to help teachers guide their students toward discovering the benefit of asking better questions of themselves and practicing accountability, responsibility, and ownership at school, home, and work. Structured around eight “I Can!” statements such as “I can be accountable!” and “I can be a leader!” the I Own It! curriculum includes relevant discussions, reflection opportunities, classroom activities, and case studies to bring the QBQ! material to life.
Easy to teach, fun to use, and life changing for students, bring I Own It to your school and classroom today!

Since being introduced to QBQ! in 2008, I have been trying to ”ask better questions” and my students noticed. I am so excited to now be able to bring the core concepts and strategies of the QBQ directly to my students with I Own It! As a vocational education instructor, part of my role is to equip students for the competitive workforce. What better way to do that than to give them the tool of QBQ and help them practice personal accountability!
