Nice FAQs John. If they read the book the most effective way to "change others" is simply to lead by example. If you, demonstrate in your daily interactions with people the QBQ concepts, principles, and practices, and point them out when others practice QBQ too that is your greatest tool for "changing others". I didn't read the rewrite and if there is a concept I missed please feel free to share your insight with me. QBQ frequently nudges me into a more positive mindset when I dip my toe into the negativity "black hole". Thanks for making many, many days better than they might have been.

If people knew just how influential any coach is in a kid's life at any age hopefully more would teach the extremely valuable lesson of being personally accountable. This was an absolutely great discovery for me that will be forwarded on to all my athletic boys. It proves mom's not blowing smoke when she speaks. ;-)

Ron, thanks for sharing this revealation! This will be a big help in communicating the vision of what we are looking for here. I still would like to talk w you about potential opportunity to further the QBQ approach here.

I plan to share this with my lead team on Thurs.

Thanks for sharing this story John. As my kids are growing up it reminds me that I need to do things even when it's not convenient. I'm their teacher and leader and they'll grow up to be the person I show them I am.

Thank you for your book, however what I find interesting is that personal responsibility starts at the top. My organization swears by this book but they live contrary to operate in manipulation, control, favoritism, and back biting. I don't blame, complain, and criticize people who lack integrity, honesty, and fairness they just waste my time. I am able to succeed because of Christ and your book does not tell us how to hold people in leadership accountable which is why people complain, blame, and criticize. This comment is in response to reading the QBQ book. Not impressed, because I knew and operate in these principles and have been for a long time.
