First of all, John, I want to say that I was absolutely amazed that I got such a personal response. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question regarding your book in such a personal manner. Secondly, I have just finished reading your QBQ book myself and I am now reading Flipping the Switch. Both books are amazing! I teach at an alternative school in an city that has a very high poverty rate. Many of our students come to us with the “victim” mentality. I have shared this book with the other three other staff and we plan to use this book as a tool for our students here at Summit Academy as well.
