My organization swears by this book but they live contrary to operate in manipulation, control, favoritism, and back biting. I don't blame, complain, and criticize people who lack integrity, honesty, and fairness they just waste my time. I am able to succeed because of Christ and your book does not tell us how to hold people in leadership accountable which is why people complain, blame, and criticize. This comment is in response to reading the QBQ book. Not impressed, because I knew and operate in these principles and have been for a long time.
